Pop off valve conversion kit to S3 / Golf R technology for 2.0 TFSI transverse engines from the VAG Group
The excess boost pressure is diverted directly in front of the throttle valve. Since the valve in our system is located behind the intercooler, only the cold air is circulated. The pop off valve is standard in many engines before the intercooler and thus only hot uncooled air is circulated.
The standard valve is installed directly in the turbocharger and is usually damaged in the course of time by the permanent heat so that it leaks. A leaking valve will result in poorer response and performance losses, which is not immediately noticed in most cases, as the damage is insidious and does not occur suddenly. As a result, you get used to a deteriorating response and loss of performance.
The kit uses the kit to move the valve to a cooler area, with the added benefit of eliminating heat damage and allowing cooler air into the intake system. The cooler the air, the better the cylinder filling, which also results in higher performance.
Please note that your intake manifold has a connection for the return from the pop off valve.
If you only want to change the pop off valve without converting to K04 Turbo you will need the cap on the turbocharger. See accessories below.

FORGE FMDVMK7R Recirculation Valve Kit for Audi/VW 1.8 and 2.0TSI.
This valve is fully engineered to remedy the failure issues experienced with the OEM solenoid valves when their diaphragm may rupture which results in a boost leak. The later revision OEM valves have a longer lift but ultimately the plastic brittles and in extreme circumstances, parts of the plastic can break off. FORGE valve uses full billet alloy construction with a piston based internal design that provides for significantly improved reliability over the OEM valves along with lightning fast response. It has also been proven in cars running over 600bhp!

Forge Motorsport is proud to release the latest version of our very popular solenoid driven valve for the 2013-on VAG 1.8 TSI engine (US codes CPKA and CPRA) and 2.0 TSI engine (Euro code CNTA, CHHA, CHHB, CJXB and CJXC;US codes CPLA and CPPA). This valve is a full replacement atmospheric blow-off valve (i.e. noisy) that integrates seamlessly with the OEM electronics and results in no detriment in performance, and absolutely NO fault codes or check engine lights, which isn’t something that can be said of our competition !

The Splitter is a truly remarkable valve that gives a combination of blow off and recirculation valve operation all at the same time and has been specifically designed for the many VAG 1.8T applications. This means you get all the noise of the blow off valve whilst retaining the compatibility with the recirculation requirements of the engine management system. As a bonus we also offer the ability to convert the valve to recirculation only mode for those times when stealth running is required.
This valve uses a Copper and Zinc alloy piston which utilises new sealing technology along with a variable spring preload incorporating a ratchet type top adjuster that will allow for the positive and precise adjustment to match the valve to your engine. This is achieved by using a unique single, conical, progressive rate spring that can allow for the retention of boost pressure over a wide adjustment range. This unique spring design also allows for unrestricted piston travel and flow volume regardless of the amount of pre-load adjustment added to the spring. In performance-enhanced engines, the diaphragms of the OEM valves tears. This leads to loss of performance. At first, you do not notice the loss of boost pressure as the membrane creeps in slowly.

Forge Capacity Piston Valve FMDV7 with Fitting Kit AUDI RS3 8V.
This valve kit was developed for those who have tuned, or plan to tune, their vehicles in excess of 450hp, as it was observed that cars over 450bhp were randomly getting errors from the stock solenoid valve not functioning. Whilst the stock valve will operate as designed, with the boost level necessary for 450bhp, the stock valve couldn?t move the amount or volume of air it needed to , so the ECU was seeing too great a positive boost in the MAP readings between gearchanges and assuming the stock valve wasn?t functioning correctly. We looked closely at this issue and noted that there would be no real fix for this as the size of the hole for the valve is too small in the stock elbow.
We decided that we would re-design and produce our own elbow, allowing a much larger dv port, which in turn would allow fitment of a larger valve, to take advantage of it. We also improved the internal flow of the elbow and removed restriction within the valve. With the engine management on this engine being MAP based rather than MAF based, which is unlike many other Audi engines, we have also incorporated the option into the kit of being able to run as a recirculation valve or with an atmospheric discharge / Blow off. -

Blow Off Valve Fitting Kit from FORGE for Fiat Punto 1.4 Turbo.
The FMFK027 Fitting Kit simplifies the mounting of the Blow Off Valve. -
The FMDVR60A Blow Off Valve is made of billet aluminium.
Designed specifically for the BMW/Peugeot N18 engines, (Cooper S 2011 onwards, JCW Cooper S 2013 onwards, R58 Coupe 2012 onwards, Peugeot 208 GTi late 2012 onwards, RCZ THP 156 & 200 2011 on). This product is either recommended where the boost pressure has been increased by an ECU software upgrade, for those wanting a loud blow off sound, or simply as a solution to the many failures that have occurred. The most common complaint on the OEM solenoid valve is a split diaphragm preventing the valve from opening fully, or not at all. This doesn’t always result in a check engine light as the valve can still be blown open by the boost pressure. We have seen many valves with this problem (see image above).
The other problem is that diaphragm retaining ring is made from very thin plastic that goes brittle with heat cycles and oil contamination, and eventually fails. This prevents the diaphragm from sealing with the same problems as mentioned above. This particular failure also results in the valve falling apart upon removal from the turbo, though in extreme cases bits of plastic can enter the turbo and destroy it. (see image above)
Our alternative is a fully engineered solution offering both significantly improved reliability. Our valve is piston based, with no diaphragm to fail, and of all aluminium construction, it replaces the original unit with a pressure/vacuum operated piston valve that still also retains the desirable OEM ECU control over valve actuation. The valve has been proved on the VAG scene for many years. The spring is interchangeable for different levels of boost, and the solenoid is plug and play with the wiring harness which is included.

Other vavles that have O-rings situated on the piston will not come with a piston as the wear is on the O-rings rather than the piston itself.

The valve is recommended for vehicles with ECU software conversions, tuned vehicles, and unused vehicles that operate in warmer climates and lose boost pressure when heat sensitive parts in the vehicle fail.
The reason is quite simple: The original plastic valves consist of a rubber diaphragm, which becomes porous over time and can tear quickly. If the diaphragm is defective, this is usually not detected, since the pressure loss occurs only slowly under full load. A permanent remedy can be found with a retrofit valve.

Designed specifically for the BMW/Peugeot N18 engines, (Cooper S 2011 onwards, JCW Cooper S 2013 onwards, R58 Coupe 2012 onwards, Peugeot 208 GTi late 2012 onwards, RCZ THP 156 & 200 2011 onwards). This product is either recommended where the boost pressure has been increased by an ECU software upgrade or simply as a solution to the many failures that have occurred. The most common complaint on the OEM solenoid valve is a split diaphragm preventing the valve from opening fully, or not at all. This doesn’t always result in a check engine light as the valve can still be blown open by the boost pressure. We have seen many valves with this problem (see image above).
The other problem is that diaphragm retaining ring is made from very thin plastic that goes brittle with heat cycles, and eventually fails. This prevents the diaphragm from sealing with the same problems as mentioned above. This particular failure also results in the valve falling apart upon removal from the turbo, though in extreme cases bits of plastic can enter the turbo and destroy it.

The Kompact EM valve series from Turbosmart uses motorsports proven billet valve technology and adds a proprietary solenoid system and internal pressure control channels for a simple plug and play valve with full OE integration and control. This little blow-off valve may look small, but it's anything but a flyweight in terms of performance. With its billet aluminum construction and lightweight, two-piece brass/aluminumpiston, perfectly matched to the precision-machined springs, the shortie valve offers razor-sharp response to the charge pressure and significantly better boost pressure handling of up to 30 PSI. The Plumb Back is a fully recirculating BOV, so its operation is quiet and will not draw unwanted attention. It blends seamlessly with the vehicle's stock mapping, making it perfect for drivers who want to get great performance out of their ST while staying under the radar.
Like the Dual Port, the Plumb Back Shortie directly replaces the Fiesta's stock plastic blow off valve, which can leak and break, especially at elevated charge pressure. The shortie is a far more robust replacement and bolts directly to Ford's turbo compressor cover, allowing you to boost your Fiesta's performance without costly custom fabrications.

The Turbosmart Wastegate actuators are designed to provide the best possible response to the charge pressure for your factory turbocharger. The Turbosmart IWG75 series of upgraded actuators benefit from an increased "work ratio" over stock equipment, resulting in improved boost response throughout the RPM range.
This improved efficiency is achieved by increasing the effective diaphragm area and revising the built-in springs, resulting in greater leverage of the forces the actuator opposes (boost and backpressure) while remaining very responsive.
If you upgrade with the same base pressure as from the factory, you can expect a wider charge pressure- and torque curve, as peak boost pressure is reached earlier in the revs and held longer, up to higher rpm. These benefits can be enhanced with higher boost pressures, but tuning and retuning will most likely be required.

Electronic plug & play upgrade pop off valve for VAG vehicles with fourth generation TSI engine.
Fast, high pressure resistant valve for upgrade- and motorsport turbochargers. The valve is directly replaced with the original valve without causing error codes in the ECU. No adapters, no hoses, no additional assembly work.
Unfortunately, the original boost recirculation valves are very susceptible and often leak, causing a loss of power that is even more noticeable on performance upgraded vehicles due to the higher boost pressure. The loss of boost pressure is not noticed at first, as the diaphragm gradually tears.
The patented pop off valve is over 400% tighter than the original valve, preventing boost pressure loss.
