Our turbo outlet for EA888 Evo4 engine with Garrett turbocharger.
The original outlet serves as a silencer and is used OEM so that the noise of the turbocharger is reduced to a minimum. Unfortunately, the air flow and the flow velocity is also greatly reduced.
Our turbooutlet for the Golf 8 eliminates this silencer.
Due to the changed design there are no more turbulences of the charge air and the response of the supercharger is noticeably better.
The charge air flows optimally and above all evenly, directly to intercooler.
This results in more power and an improved response.Our outlet is completely CNC milled.
The assembly is simple "Plug and Play". The original Outlet is simply exchanged.Picture similar

With this adapter plate, the N75 can be easily moved slightly, so that our Turbo Outlet can be installed.

Unlike the original part, the BAR-TEK silicone hose no longer creates air turbulence. The optimal flow improves the response of the turbo enormously and also the turbo sound is richer.

High temperature resistant and flow optimized adapter flange to easily mount Garrett G-Series turbochargers to your engine. Significantly better quality, durability and strength compared to normal castings.
The adapter is specifically designed and engineered for Garrett's new G-Series with integrated wastegate valve. Due to the modern and well thought-out exhaust gas routing, a particularly good efficiency can be achieved in conjunction with the Garrett G-Series reverse turbochargers. As with the original turbochargers, the exhaust gases from the engine are directed onto the turbine wheel in a flow-optimised manner. This ensures an enormously improved response and a much higher efficiency than, for example, BorgWarner turbochargers.
The internal wastegate valve of the G-series allows for a simple and cost-effective conversion. The adapter flange, which is manufactured in large series quality, is virtually indestructible and is also a visual treat. The turbochargers are temperature resistant up to 1050° C due to a MAR turbine wheel and a stainless steel exhaust housing. Unlike the BorgWarner EFR turbochargers, which are limited to 950° C, you can realize the full potential of your high-performance engine.

Attention: This exhaust flange is for use with a Reverse G-Series turbocharger with internal wastegate!

So you can easily put together your turbo setup individually. Our flange is suitable for all reverse rotating Garrett superchargers of the G25, G30 and G35 series.

Attention: In addition to a modified engine for this performance, this turbocharger also requires further adaptation work such as on the suction, Downpipe, oil and water lines, fuel supply and new software. The installation of performance-increasing components requires careful handling and expert knowledge. The engine and the entire drivetrain must be in a performance condition to achieve the maximum possible performance.

Better than any heat tape is the Ceramic coating.
The process is still applied by hand individually on each component.
All kinds of components like manifolds or exhaust turbines of turbochargers can be coated.
First a base coating in beige color is applied.
After that up to 14 different colors can be chosen.

CNC milled aluminum adapter for mounting a suction without Turbo Inlet. With this you can simply e.g. with a continuous 90mm suction, go directly to the compressor housing.

Weld flange (inlet) - fits Turbosmart Comp-Gate40 (40mm) External Wastegates
VWR Turbo Outlet for all 2.0L TSI EA888 engines of the Evo 4 generation.
The Turbo Outlet is conical in design and is combined with a larger diameter silicone connection hose. This replaces the restrictive, performance-robbing original outlet with a smooth, turbulence-free outlet.
The OEM part has an internal diameter of only 38 mm throughout, while the VWR Outlet measures a whopping 53 mm, reducing the restriction and turbulence caused by the OEM part.

What the turbo muffler outlet does:
The outlet is located at the exhaust of the turbo to reduce engine compartment acoustics, but it creates annoying turbulence.By replacing the standard part with an upgrade outlet, the turbolences are minimised and the passage is increased. The result: better response, slightly more power and turbo noise.
